Admission Pricing

Public Play Price (walk in during public play hours)

2 – 12 years old

* Second adult is free on other days. More than 2 adults charge is $6 per additional adult on those days.

1 All paid admissions include entry for one adult. Additional adults above this amount will be charged $6 each. This price is applicable on weekends, PD days, Public and Stat Holidays, December Break and March Break. On other days 2 adults are free with every paid child. This is because we exceed capacity due to the additional adults on busy days.

Private Play Price (Renting the Play Area Just for Your Family/Group)

Private Play does not include Birthday Party Rooms or Food. It is just Play Area rental. Light nut free snacks and tea/coffee allowed.

Private Plays are available on weekdays only.

Our Facility:
  • Playtown is an unsupervised facility. Adults must be present at all times to supervise their children. We are not responsible for any accidents or injuries.
  • All children and adults must wear socks in the play area section.
Food:
  • Outside food and drinks allowed.
  • DO NOT bring any food with NUTS as this is a big health concern for some of our guests.
  • No food allowed in the play area section. Please use cafeteria.
For Parents:
  • New moms are most welcome to use our Quiet Room to feed their babies.
  • Quiet room can also be used to pray, calm down kids and relax.
Behavior:
  • Bullying is unacceptable! Please report to the front desk if you come across any incident and we will take immediate action.
  • Be kind, play together and share!
  • Good behavior and appropriate language is appreciated, encouraged and rewarded at Playtown.
Health, Safety and Cleanliness:
  • Please report any toilet related accidents to the front desk so we can clean and sanitize the area right away.
  • Please stay home if you are unwell.
  • Please contact front desk to ask about any policies not mentioned on this page.

We kindly request all guests to follow town rules. We reserve the right to ask the guest to leave the facility without refund if some of the rules are not followed. This is solely for the benefit and safety of our valued customers.
